Dan Costello
Founder & President
Dan has served on national and local boards for leading industry associations, helping to shape the field through his leadership and expertise. He has also contributed to numerous advisory committees focused on demolition practices, safety, and innovation. In recognition of his lasting impact on the industry, Dan was inducted into the Construction & Demolition Recycling Association (CDRA) Hall of Fame in 2022.
Dan is a respected industry voice, contributing his insight to publications and organizations such as the Construction and Demolition Materials Management Regional Summit.
Thomas M. Berenz, PE
Senior Estimator & Project Manager
Tom has been a key part of the Costello team since 1995, bringing decades of experience in project management, estimating, and job costing for complex demolition and environmental projects.
He also works closely with owners and state and local officials during permitting, while overseeing workforce coordination, safety, and OSHA compliance across every job.
Michael Costello
Vice President
Michael has been an integral part of Costello since 2000, bringing a strong foundation in project management and estimating to hundreds of demolition, dismantling, and environmental projects.
Raised in the business and mentored by his father, Dan, he combines hands-on industry knowledge with proven expertise in estimating, bidding, job costing, and project execution.
